MSSJ..

I could have done better,couldn't I?
I should have tried harder shouldn't I have done so?
Why did I give up so fast?
Upon reaching the 3 rd jump,I kinda gave up thinking tht aiyah,since it's not really my event,then just jump it lar..
At the same time,I thought.Why not just jump the very very best since its my last year.
But,my legs failed me. Or is it my will?

BUt anyhow,I take comfort that at least I jumped further than what I did during the district level.
And that this is my first time taking this event,long jump, anyway..Since there wasn't 100m hurdles for under 20 =(
And more importantly,I learnt more of myself.I give up easily.

As for my 100m,I must say that I'm quite happy for getting 3rd =) Just that the thought of being 0.1 seconds away from the 2nd girl makes me feel a lil bad. Oh well,be contented Pris!

MSSM Johor ends tmw.And that also means the 'end' of my running life. 5 years of joining MSSJ. Many memories will be in my mind. People whom I have met,I will remember.The trainers too. Certainly,I will miss those great times of training together. Though at times there were dreadful ones when everyone got tired. But still, all those I will remember.

MSSJ this year has been one of my best ones.Getting to know more people. The younger and smaller ones too. Learning more bout some of their backgrounds breaks my heart...

Newer teachers,newer faces. And also driving them back to the asrama with them sitting at the back of the truck screaming... .haha.. wat fun! I will really miss them.

As for now,there's lots of work I've gotta catch up with. Getting busier and busier,trying to catch up with things until I feel that I don't even have time for myself.

O Lord,pls grant me the strength each new day for when I'm weak,You're STRONG!

wooohoo...we had our sketch performance last friday..Great job PU2 B1!! btw,did I ever tell you,I love my class?!!!!=) yes,I do..we went to school at 6.30am that one fine friday morning..




anyway,tmw MSSD starts and all my events,100m and long jump are tmw..oh,initially was supposed to take LEMBING too...oh man..Thank God not anymore..or not it would be quite embarassing la wei.but come to think bout it,it was not too bad lar,quite fun practicing for it....
You see, at first teacher just simply put all 4 of us Form 6-ers for Long jump,100m,and Lembing..all 4 of us,Shu Shen, Andy,Jared and me for the same events...Hahaa...ya,without even trying some of us out for that.So,ya..tht's more or less bout MSSD..Tmw starts as well as ends for me..


OH yah,Sports day ended like almost a month ago..actually bout 3 weeks..it was good.

Merentas desa

Merentas desa=over
I realized something...You know during merentas desa,there are mainly 3 groups of people.
1. Ppl who run all the way
2. People who run then walk then run,run,walk...walk run..
3. People who walk all the way..
Of course all 3 groups end up finally at the finishing line..The only difference is how they ended up at the finishing line.Did they walk?run?or both?Fast or slower?

In life too,there are those who run all the way,persevering through..But there also those who are inconsistent and walk and run but also finally make it to the finishing line..As for some,they just walk through life knowing that they would and need to reach the finishing line but still slowly stroll through life without having much urgency.

As for me,I fail to persevere through and at certain points of the race walk instead of running through..I give in to wat my mind tells me that is to stop. It actually does somewhat reflect of who I am in life. I fail to persevere through certain tasks too. I give in to wat my mind tells me. Like that day,when I ran, I once in awhile looked back too see if ppl were coming behind me and when I see no one behind me,I stop and walked. Then when I saw the 2nd girl coming then only I started running again.

I've learnt a lesson from there. In life,I shouldnt let the ppl around me be the determining factor of how far or how fast I go on in Life..Oh well,more photos!!!

DRAGONFLY

Have been doing lots of research for the Biology project...MAn,its really frustrating trying to match the look of the insect with their names. And the project is due this coming week, when school restarts.
Ahhh!! School's starting! A whole year of Upper 6 ahead...everything seems to be so fast.. old man....

anyway,that's not the reason why I'm writing this post. Well, while I was looking around the net,I came across these pics somewhere... I find it rather cool! Look at the way the dragonfly is formed/delivered/hatched (donno which is the correct word..hahaa)..

I find it very amazing. And this clearly shows how great Our God, the CREATOR is!!! And mind you,these pictures are only for a dragonfly.. Imagine how many other dragonflies, insects, animals, plants, trees are out there... Humans are His creation too..Simply amazing, isn't it?
