                                                        Keep On Going
Santiago had struggles with catching fish, but had the patient to overcome the situation and in the end he got what he never thought was even possible. He has patience and strength to overcome any obstacle. For my 30 day challenge, I have had strength to overcome the difficulties and kept on going.

Facing Our Obstacles

                                                  Don't Stop Trying

We all have challenges or obstacles in our lives and we all need to find a way to accomplish or improve ourselves. My obstacle for this 30 day challenge was getting my strength and willingness to get up and start working out. There were some days I would just not try my very best. From this I can learn what I can improve myself with and what comes next in my obstacle.

Response to Challenge

                    Exploring Options

For my 30-day challenge, my goal is to be able to work out every day for at least 30 minutes. Each day I want to have a daily workout. Every day I will have a different workout and run at the end of it. Some of the workouts I would do is push ups, sit-ups, squats, running or going on hikes.

My family hasn't asked too many questions about my 30 day challenge, which consist of working out everyday. My friends are also very supportive and they even do some exercises with me and hike with me. If I didn't have all of this support, I don't think I could have stuck with it. At the very beginning of this challenge, there were days where I didn't workout for 30 minutes at least.

I will need to keep my head up and have hope in myself that I will complete this challenge. All I need is my running shoes and I am off.

It Can Be Done

            It's Only the First Step

During this 30-day challenge, I will want to be able to work out every day for at least 30 minutes. I need to have the motivation and the willingness to complete this. I want to feel healthier and toned after the 30-day challenge. I am committed and determined to do what I want to accomplish. Every day I will be doing different exercises and running. All I need is my readiness to get up in the morning and knowing that I will see a difference in myself.

From the first day to the 30th day, hopefully I can see improvement in myself and get a daily workout past the 30 days. I also want to start off with 30 minutes and end with a longer time. This is only the first step towards my goal, and after this I will have another towards something greater.
